Our governance is inspired by the Community Land Trust model governance and sociocracy.

Each circle has a designated aim (goal) and domain (area of authority) to empower decision making with equity, efficiency, trust and transparency.

Our current circles include: Finance Circle, Community Engagement & Membership Circle, Advocacy Circle, Stewardship Circle, and Strategic Implementation Plan Circle.
